SugarBun adds Curry Laksa to menu

KUCHING: Homegrown quick service restaurant SugarBun has launched the “Ultimate Nyonya Dish” promotion by incorporating Curry Laksa into its menu.

“It is not to be mistaken with the famous Sarawak Laksa,” its marketing manager Clara Chan said.

“The Nyonya dish is very common and popular among the people in Peninsular Malaysia.

“Now that we have SugarBun Curry Laksa in our menu, it will provide more choices to our customers.”

The fantastic flavour of SugarBun Curry Laksa lies in its rich and creamy coconut gravy carefully infused with a blend of traditional spices, giving it that balance between lemak (richness), sweetness and spiciness. The dish is served with yellow noodle and completed with generous servings of SugarBun shredded Broasted Chicken, boiled egg, fish balls, fried beancurd and bean sprouts.

The Curry Laksa goes for only RM7.50 per serving.

“The promotion is for a limited period only. The dish is available at all 51 SugarBun restaurants in Sarawak (22 in Kuching, 12 in Rajang Region, 12 in Miri, three in Bintulu, and one each in Limbang and Lawas) and four outlets in Sabah,” Chan said.
