A PENANG MIC leader has broken ranks with his party by coming out in support of the setting up of a Tamil secondary school in the state.
Datuk Henry Benedict Asirvatham (pic), who is state MIC treasurer and party central working committee member, said MIC could take the lead to make it a reality since the party was in the ruling Barisan Nasional.
