THE preparations of venues and facilities for the 17th Sukma (Malaysia Games) in Perlis are 95% completed, said Perlis Mentri Besar Azlan Man.
“The upgrading of existing facilities and construction of new venues are on track, and they will be completed before the event in May,” he said.
