MENTRI BESAR Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir said the state government suffered losses totalling RM10mil last year due to illegal sand mining activities.
He said the figure was for January to November last year, and it was based on the number of lorries that passed along the North-South Expressway.
