SIBU: Youths who intend to study at the National Defence University of Malaysia (UPNM) but are unsure of the procedures are advised to approach the Army Veterans Association of Sarawak (PVTMS).
Association president Thomas Ling said PVTMS had been organising a roadshow to promote UPMN since 2011.
