INSURANCE manager Cameron Kang became the first motorist to pay the RM8.50 toll at 6.02am for using the second link.
Kang, 23, said he left his home in Jawi an hour earlier compared to his usual time just to be the first person to cross the bridge when the new toll rate came into effect at 6am yesterday.
