GUIDELINES under the Malaysian Highway Authority (LLM) require a minimum setback of 13m from the edge of a carriageway, said Kidex chief executive officer Datuk Mohd Nor Idrus.
He was rebutting claims by a group of Petaling Jaya residents led by the protem committee of “Say No to Kidex” that the new Kinrara-Damansara Skyway (Kidex) would be located only 5m from dwellings.
