CYCLIST Tengku Salmiah Shah Sallahuddin was enjoying her Saturday morning outing when, all of a sudden, her front wheel dropped into a drainage grate with slots parallel to Jalan Lelangit U8/45 in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
She was flung head first over her handle bar and slammed onto the asphalt road. She suffered injuries to her mouth, face, chest and elbows.
