SIBU: All facilities, including the uneven surface of the feeder road in SMK Sacred Heart, will be upgraded by April 5 in time for the launching of the Datuk Robert Lau Hoi Chew Complex on Sunday.
Second Finance Minister Datuk Seri Wong Soon Koh, who inspected the school yesterday, said some parts of the school compound were also sinking because the school sits on peat soil.
