WWF and Formadat initiate collaboration to engage communities across Borneo


MIRI: The World Wildlife Fun (WWF) for Malaysia and Indonesia together with Alliance of the Indigenous Peoples of the Highlands of Borneo (Formadat), have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to forge a stronger and more formal partnership on community engagement.

The move was part of a new approach adopted to widen coalitions and collaborations with civil societies for conservation, said WWF Malaysia senior communications officer for Sarawak programmes Alicia Ng.
