KUCHING: The state timber body is not particularly in favour of signing the Forest Law Enforcement, Governance and Trade Voluntary Partnership Agreement (FLEGT VPA) advocated by the 28-member European Union (EU).
Sarawak Timber Association (STA) has insisted that for it to agree to the VPA, the deal must involve all timber parties worldwide.
