MUKAH: Tourism infrastructure in Mukah division will be upgraded along with the construction of a new airport here in order to attract more visitors to the central region of Sarawak.
Tourism Minister Datuk Amar Abang Johari Tun Openg said the proposed upgrading included extending the Kaul Festival site, increasing the number of homestays and improving tourism amenities.
