I SAW on China TV a few nights ago footages of a little girl in a Beijing hotel collapsing on the floor clutching her chest in agony - as news was delivered that any hope of finding survivors on Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 had vanished.

That girl must be only 12 or 13 years old at the most. I couldn’t see her face clearly though. She was slumped on the floor, sobbing uncontrollably.
