SIBU: The High Court here has ordered Wong Leh Yin, 49, also known as Lee Long, and his seven members, to be present on May 19 for a hearing of appeal on merit, for an array of offences committed from Feb 6 to 22, 2007.
Judge Supang Lian in making the decision yesterday also ordered fresh notice to be served against three of the respondents, namely Yong Kie Teck, Wee Teck Hong and Mathew Soong Chan Chin, to be present for the hearing. The trio were yesterday absent. The other respondents were Yong King Lung, Hii Chie Ping, Wong Kong Yew, Lau Ang Ho.
