BY THE time Tim Dillon moved to Malaysia, he was already a seasoned expatriate, having worked in countries as diverse as Brazil, China, India and Japan for more than half his life.
However, Dillon, who now lives in Kuala Lumpur as the Victorian Government Business Office Commissioner to South-East Asia, along with his wife and children, finds Malaysia is a very different proposition to all of those other countries, because of its ethnic diversity and close ties with Australia.
