KUCHING: SPDP president Tan Sri William Mawan feels that there is nothing wrong for Barisan Nasional to announce development projects in Balingian ahead of the polling date on March 29.
He said Barisan leaders who held ministerial positions were in the position to approve projects that were promised earlier.
