Long but worthwhile wait for Kampung Tellian folk

WHEN the long-awaited SK Kampung Tellian is finally rebuilt, young pupils like Adylia Kelly and Marion Elisia will no longer have to go to SK Mukah some 5km away but can attend school right in their village.

Eight-year-old Adylia and Marion, 11, are among 230 pupils of SK Kampung Tellian, who are squatting at SK Mukah because their school has been derelict for the last 12 years.
