SOME 300 people participated in a gotong royong organised by the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) and Armed Forces (ATM) in Taman Nelayan, Kuala Sungai Pinang, Penang.
Balik Pulau OCPD Supt Lai Fah Hin said the event was a joint programme under the National Blue Ocean Strategy (NBOS).
