SIBU: Malaysians are simply not getting enough calcium these days.
A survey by Malaysian Adult Nutrition has revealed that the average intake of the mineral among the population is less than 500mg, well below the minimum of 1,000mg recommended by Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO) and World Health Organization (WHO).
