KOTA KINABALU: Fishermen in the state can now fish at petroleum operations-free zone with the introduction of a fish-attracting device.
The device – Fish Aggregating Device (FAD), is part of a programme funded by Shell Malaysia and delivered via the Sabah Fisheries Department to provide a safer fishing environment for fishermen.
