Rubbish overflow at Sec 17 flats

The existing bins are too small to cope with the large volume of rubbish thrown by residents. Rubbish left scattered around the flats create an eyesore.

RUBBISH can be found dumped at every nook and cranny of the PKNS low-cost flats in Section 17, Petaling Jaya, including under staircases and inside drains.

Built almost four decades ago, these 15 blocks of four-storey flats are also lined with bulk waste such as sofas and mattresses around the compound.
