KUANTAN: Marine police thwarted attempts to siphon about 70 tonnes of oil palm brans with the arrests of five men including three foreigners.
Acting on a tip-off, a police party together with officers from the Malaysian Palm Oil Board detained the suspects during separate raids in Gebeng and Semambu in the wee hours of the morning recently.
