A smelly problem: Drains filled with sludge the cause, say First Garden residents

SEVERAL residents along Jalan Ng Weng Hup at First Garden, Ipoh, are seeing red over a foul stench coming from the drains in the area.

A stretch of drains, between house number 100 and 106, are said to be cause as they are filled with smelly and stagnant sludge.
