JOHOR BARU: The much anticipated 19th World Kite Festival is making a bigger comeback with kite-flyers from Gerogia, Denmark, Nepal and Bhutan joining the fun this year.
Their participation will increase the number of countries taking part from 36 last year to 39 this year. There is also an increase in the number of foreign participants - from 236 last year to 245 this year.
