THE wrong usage of several recycle bins placed along Gurney Drive has raised the ire of the Penang Municipal Council (MPPP).
MPPP councillor and alternate chairman for enforcement and education Dr Tan Kim Hooi said the bins were available for the public to separate their waste into paper, tin or aluminium cans, and glass or plastic bottles.
