THE initial problems faced during the first KL Car-Free Morning held last month have been resolved, with Kuala Lumpur mayor Datuk Seri Ahmad Phesal Talib declaring yesterday’s event a resounding success.

He said road closures were done smoothly this time around, allowing the cyclists, skateboarders and inline skaters to the 7km stretch of road in the city.
