Association of Churches Sarawak disappointed by PM’s statement

KUCHING: The Association of Churches Sarawak is disappointed by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak’s statement that the 10-point solution is subject to Federal and state Islamic laws, including state enactments banning the use of the word “Allah” by non-Muslims.

Its chairman Archbishop Datuk Bolly Lapok said this did not reiterate the original spirit of the 10-point solution, which was announced by the Federal Government in April 2011.
