PERAK will hold its state-level Chinese New Year Carnival 2014 at Chendering near Tapah on Feb 1 this time around.

State MCA chairman Datuk Dr Mah Hang Soon said this year’s celebration would be on a smaller scale but there would still be an abundance of interesting performances for the public to enjoy.
