MIRI: Tan Sri Peter Chin (pic) says he is still the duly-elected SUPP president under the eyes of the law.
In saying this, he and the party’s central may call for an early party election to set up a new leadership line-up should the appeal to the Home Affairs Ministry to reverse the deregistration of Piasau and Bekenu branches by Registrar of Societies (ROS) turn out to be successful.
