CLASS F bumiputra contractors need to take the initiative to continuously improve themselves and their business in order to give their best service to the clients, said Penang Deputy Chief Minister I Datuk Mohd Rashid Hasnon.
He added that they should not be contented with their current capabilities, but instead they should sought to learn more about business management, financial matters and also technical expertise.
