FOR the first time since the inception of the Penang International Halal Expo and Conference (Pihec) in 2010, Halal Penang in collaboration with the Chefs Association Malaysia Penang Chapter will be organising the ‘Battle of the Halal Chefs’ in the coming 5th Pihec 2014.
State Religious Affairs, Domestic Trade and Consumers Affairs Committee chairman Datuk Abdul Malik Abul Kassim said Pihec 2014 is scheduled to be held from Friday to Sunday at the Subterranean Penang International Convention and Exhibition Centre (sPICE) in Relau.
