THE inaugural Tropfest South-East Asia (SEA) 2014 Short Film Festival will feature a dozen finalists selected from over 180 entries across nine countries.
All 12 shortlisted mini flicks will be screened and judged by an international jury panel at the free-to-attend festival on Jan 25, starting 5.30pm, at the Esplanade in George Town, Penang.
