RESIDENTS in several housing areas in Ipoh are unhappy over the lack of action taken by the Ipoh City Council to clear the undergrowth filling the drains in their neighbourhoods.
Many said the council was not doing enough to clean, trim and clear the grass and weeds growing along and inside drains near their houses.
