SIBU: The Consumers Association of Sibu (CAS) will be helping Streamyx subscribers file a complaint with the Consumer Claims Tribunal over poor service.
Its president Simon Tiong told a press conference here yesterday that he had visited officers of the tribunal recently and was told that the public could lodge their complaints with it.
