BUSINESS owners in the Seri Kembangan Commercial Centre are complaining that the increase in business licence fees would burden them.
During a press conference organised by Serdang MCA, the business owners claimed the Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) had failed to notify them about the hike.
