THE issuance of annual grants for Rukun Tetangga (RTs) would be more speedy if they are able to submit their performance reports online.
National Unity and Integration Department (JPNIN) deputy director-general (Planning) Ho Khek Hua said a database system for RTs was implemented by the department a few years ago as a convenient mode of communication between RT members and the department.
