THE Penang Municipal Council (MPPP) is hoping that the Health Ministry will empower them with more authority to take action against dirty eateries.
Public Health Standing Committee alternate chairman Ong Ah Teong said the council had applied to the Ministry on this matter several months ago and the response had been positive.
