TOUCHED by the plight of the flood victims in Pahang, members of the Malaysian Volunteer Fire and Rescue Association branches from Perak, Penang and Kedah swung into action to help collect food items and clothing for them.
An action committee was formed comprising volunteer firefighters from Machang Bubok, Juru, Bagan Serai, Kuala Kurau, Tanjung Piandang, Parit Buntar, Nibong Tebal, Sungai Jawi, Kampung Valdor, Taman Merak, Jalan Rozhan, Cross Street, Bagan Ajam, Sungai Puyu, Kepala Batas, Batu Maung, Lunas and Kulim.
