SIBU: The establishment of Giatmara, which is an agency under the Rural and Regional Development Ministry and administered by Mara, is aimed at providing technical and vocational training to the youths from both the rural and urban areas.
Deputy Minister of Rural and Regional Development Datuk Alexander Nanta Linggi said through technical and vocational training, these youths would gain the necessary skills crucial to meeting the current needs of industries.
