KUCHING: The state civil service is undergoing rapid changes because of new challenges and demands from the people, says State Secretary Tan Sri Morshidi Abdul Ghani.
He said unlike in the past, the challenges faced by civil servants today were not wild and dangerous rapids but wild accusations and complaints.
