KUCHING: YKGI Holdings Bhd has made major changes to its board of directors, with the departure of long-serving executive chairman and director Datuk Dr Hii Wi Sing.
His resignation, which takes effect on Dec 31, was due to restructuring of board composition in line with the Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance 2012, the company said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.
