JOHOR BARU: While many welfare homes would look into the needs and pamper the disabled, the Kiwanis CareHeart Centre here aims to recognise their abilities and guide them in becoming independent individuals.

The centre’s principal Koh Guan Hoe said their focus is on developing the skills and talents of the disabled, which would be much useful for a job employment.
