KOTA KINABALU: A majority of Sabahans will not be affected by the 17% electricity tariff hike, which comes into effect on Jan 1, 2014.
This is because the tariff hike amounting to 5sen/kWh, would only affect 60% or 260,000 out of the 418,000 domestic consumers in Sabah.
