Xxxxxxxx: The Penang Hill Special Area Plan (SAP) draft is open for public viewing from 9am to 4.30pm on working days until Dec 11 at the hill¿s lower station and in Komtar¿s Level Three concourse area.
THE state government is looking into expanding the jurisdiction of the Penang Hill Corporation (PHC) to include ‘conservation zones’.
The move to protect more areas of the hill is also planned to minimise overlapping jurisdiction by various agencies over the hill.
