THE Penang International Lion Dance On Stilts competition is back with 13 teams from Malaysia, China, Hong Kong and Indonesia trying to outsmart each other starting from tomorrow.
The preliminary round of the two-day championship will kick off at 2pm at the Han Chiang Stadium in Penang followed by the final round on Sunday from 6.30pm to 10.30pm at the same venue.
