JOHOR BARU: The Johor state government has highlighted five main focal points for directors of companies to uphold to ensure that their businesses are run with full integrity and thus bringing the companies to new heights.

Johor Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin said that to be a director of a company may be easy but the real challenge was how to be one that holds on to his principles and one that is not easily influenced by others.
