SYARIKAT Perumahan Negara Berhad (SPNB) will retain the ceiling price of RM250,000 for its houses in the Klang Valley to make them affordable to the middle-income group.
SPNB vice-president Siti Hajar Md Salleh said the corporation would not raise the price even though the current market price for residential properties had increased drastically.
