Proud day for graduates of training centre

KOTA KINABALU: History was written at the Royal Malaysian Submarine Training Centre as the first batch of 15 locally trained submariners including an officer successfully completed their training.

Navy Chief Admiral Tan Sri Abdul Aziz Jaafar said that navy submarine training centre, Pusat Latihan Kapal Selam (PLKS) produced a local officer and 14 personnel to operate the country’s two Scorpene submarines - KD Tun Razak and KD Tunku AbdulRahman docked in the Sepnaggar Naval based here.
