KUCHING: There has been no breach of title conditions in the use of a piece of land at Jalan Tun Razak here for mixed development although it had been meant for education.
Second Resource Planning and Environment Minister Datuk Amar Awang Tengah Ali Hassan said the land was alienated to Pometia Sdn Bhd on April 29, 2004 for educational purposes.
