NUSAJAYA: Children can now opt for a healthier dairy-based drink instead of fizzy carbonated sodas with set meals after a tiring play-day at Puteri Harbour Family Theme Park here.
Dutch Lady Milk Industries Berhad (Dutch Lady Malaysia) has collaborated with the theme park to offer children an option of Dutch Lady UHT (Ultra-High Temperature) milk in either chocolate or strawberry flavours instead of carbonated drinks.
Its marketing manager Ramjeet Kaur Virik said that the main idea for the collaboration was to provide children with a healthier drink option for a more balanced diet at the theme park.
“Not only will the kids enjoy the drink but also parents will be more at ease as it is known that milk is a good source of nutrition,” she said during the launching of the Very Interesting Playtime (VIP) programme here.
Ramjeet also said that Dutch Lady would be giving out a series of Thomas and Friends premiums with each purchase of Dutch Lady Mc Bunn Kids’ Meal for RM13.90.
“The seasonal premiums come in three variations of Thomas and Friends three-dimensional lenticular puzzle, activity book and a magnetic game set.
“We are also offering a series of limited edition tumblers filled with Dutch Lady chocolate drink which is available at the Red Bow Café here for only RM18,” she added.
In collaboration with the School Tour programme at Puteri Harbour Family Theme Park here, students will receive a pack of Dutch Lady milk drink in a handy meal container in a shape of a cow’s face.
Besides the introduction of Dutch Lady milk drink to the theme park, Ramjeet also launched its VIP Card contest where children will be given the chance to design their own VIP cards.
She added that a total of 25 winners with the best designs would be given a chance to attend an exclusive Dutch Lady breakfast experience featuring their favourite characters from Sanrio Hello Kitty Town and The Little Big Club.
“The limited edition VIP card holders will enjoy special privileges including priority booking for VIP breakfast as well as priority booking or invitation to special movie screenings or events.
“Members will also enjoy a 10% discount on food and beverages and merchandise purchase at the theme park,” said Ramjeet.
